I'm a wizard. I live in Colonial Bay, where my secret ID is "Heather", a stage magician. As "Ozma", I've been working with the Starguard until the Serpent's Scythe started annoying me. Now I'm mostly CB-bound, trying to get in touch with the local superhero scene. I just hope I don't screw this one up...
